We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at pawvault1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without first requesting a return authorization — items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at pawvault1@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility conditions as regular items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
